Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect information in three situations, all of them initiated by you:

• Contact and booking inquiries. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, the service you are asking about, your message, and, if you provide them, a phone number, event date, and location. This is stored in our database so we can respond and plan your project.
• Private client galleries. Client photo and video galleries are password protected. When you mark favorites or download files we may ask for your email address (and optionally your name) so your selections are saved and so we know a delivery reached the right person. Download activity is logged with a one-way hashed, truncated fingerprint of your IP address that cannot be reversed into the address itself; we use it only to spot abuse.
• Technical logs. Like nearly every website, our web server keeps short-lived access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only, and nothing else. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

• A gallery access cookie is set when you unlock a private client gallery with its password, so you stay signed in to that gallery for a few days.
• A staff session cookie is used by our own team to sign in to the site's administration area. It is never set for visitors or clients.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and plan or deliver your project.
• To operate private galleries: saving favorites, preparing downloads, and confirming deliveries.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond delivering our services.

Third-party services

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: the photos and videos we deliver through client galleries are stored on Cloudflare's R2 storage infrastructure.
• Our hosting provider: the website runs on a server we manage with a commercial hosting provider, whose network handles the traffic you send to the site.

The site also links out to platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Once you follow a link to another site, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Data retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them for business records. Gallery data (favorites, delivery logs) is kept for the life of the gallery it belongs to. Server logs rotate automatically after a short period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

The entire site is served over HTTPS. Gallery passwords are stored as one-way hashes, private media is access controlled and never exposed at public URLs, and IP addresses in delivery logs are stored only as irreversible fingerprints.

Your choices

Email us at tektonicproduction@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on legitimate requests promptly.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted here rather than buried.
